When IRDA has made mandatory to mention name of nominee ( either minor or major) in all life insurance policies , In case of life insurance policies as proposed by HUF ( considered being as an entity not a different person, as per IT act and rules) through its Karta, query is Why all life insurance companies, are declining to mention name of nominees (though mentioned by proposer -Karta of HUF in proposal form) in the Insurance policy.

As per company act. Is 9500/- (SLM) and
Depreciation as per income tax is 15000/-
However useful life of machinery is 10
Year, please let me know the complete treatment
of deffered tax how the DTL/DTA will create
and how it will be reverse in subsequent year

Dear Sir,

I have a Overdraft facility with Corporation Bank. This facility was sanctioned on 21.10.2014. Its renewal was mandaotory upto 21.04.2016, otherwise it will become NPA as per RBI norms.

So what bank has done is that they have charged renewal fee from 21.10.2014 to 21.04.2016 seperately and anuual renewal fee from 22.04.2016 to 22.04.2017.

Now my account has been take over by SBBJ bank on 28.04.2016.

I requested to bank to kindly reverse the renewal charges propotionately of 11 months.
As I am not going to use this facility. And charges are of Anuual basis and thus shall be reversed.

I wanted to ask experts whether i can do this?
