28 April 2016 I have to get my Partnership Firm Registered having its head Office in Baddi, Distt. Solan (H.P.)
Now, where I have to get my Firm Registered i.e. from Solan Registrar or Shimla Registrar and what is the procedure to be followed up for the same

28 April 2016 find out the jurisdiction of the said registrar of firms. Normally, for each district, a separate registrar of firm is appointed. Please check the same in Solan district.

03 May 2016 I think, in that case, you are better placed to go personally and make the enquiry. I am placed at Bengaluru. I think CONCEPTUALLY I have made my point clear that each district normally has onoe registrar OR sub registrar of firms. At times it so happens that the officiating charge is given to the adjacant sub registrar. I request you to make it convenient to personally visit the district place. All the best
