Dear Sir,
We want to close the Company. The Company not hold any assets & Liabilities The Company is Limited Company. The Company not carrying any business activities last several Years. The Company income is only Profit on sale of investment. Till March-2017 We filed IT Return & ROC Return on Time.
Only one Bank Account & No employee in Company. Now we decided to closed the Company before March-2018.
What is the procedure to close the Company.
Please advise in above matter as earliest.

A company has a manufacturimg unit different state. The company gets jobwork from the customers in the state of HO and send the goods to branch in different state for production. After manufacture the goods are sent by branch to customer directly. Is this scenario possible and what are to be complied for this... Pls advice

Sir, While filling the form 108 in place of "No.of weeks spent time on the work" should we include Sundays,festival days also and divide it with 7days or No.of days spent excluding holidays and divide it with 6days.Please do answer sir

I want to incorporate a Pvt. Ltd. Company with a director cum subscriber of foreign national i.e from Bangladesh. Please let me know from which ambassy I should apostille his documents. Whether Bangladesh Ambassy which is situated in India should apostille the document or indian Ambassy in Bangladesh will apostille the document.

my self Harish, i have a queries about epf. i was working for a mumbai company for 3 years there my pf has deducted and remitted and i left job there and i came back to bangalore and started working for another company here also pf has been deducted and remitted now here my problem is i need to withdraw my pf from both the places due to my severe family problems kindly help me in this how to go about this.

My iec application has been rejected due to non availability of adhaar no of directors while it's not mandatory to be filled also i don't have any branch so I entered to h.o address in branch .
Please help me in this regard
Also do I need to pay free again for resubmitting the iec application

I work in a Limited Company in Delhi, where I have joined in February, 2017. My deduction is PF & ESI. And recently, I came to know that, company is also showing mediclaim in my salary slip, which is added to my CTC. Then, after enquiry with the HR, I came to know that I am not being enrolled anywhere for mediclaim. So, shall I ask my company to compensate my whole deducted amount in the name of mediclaim?? From onwards, they are ready to add the mediclaim amount in my Take Home Salary. Shall I ask them to compensate my previous deducted amount in the name of Mediclaim??
