01 February 2018 If a local transporter has to transport the goods to Mumbai from Noida

he pick up the goods to send to delhi to a big transporter , who in turns transport the goods to Mumbai

then please confirm how the to prepare the e-way bill for the Local Transporter from Noida as well as big transporter at delhi

02 February 2018 In such a scenario two E-way Bills are to be issued.
1. For transportation of Goods from Noida to Delhi.
2. For transportation of Goods from Delhi to Mumbai.

Further E-Way bill can be generated by sender, reciever or transporter. So any of these can generate the E-way bill.

Further, You must be aware of the fact that no E-Way bill has been deferred due to technical problems occurring on the way bill portal. So, till the date of notification mandating the E-Way bill, Goods may be transported with Invoice/Bill of Supply and the builty.
