I give cloth and design to a job worker who then stitches the garment by adding his own thread and buttons and returns the same back to me. He issues a Job Work bill for the same. Does this come under Works Contract for Accounting Years 2013-14,2014-15 & 2015-16.
Also the same above situation where I give the fabric to a printer and he just prints and return the fabric back to me as per my design and issue a Job work printing bill . Does this also come under works contract for the same accounting years?

Dear Sir,
We want to close the Company. The Company not hold any assets & Liabilities The Company is Limited Company. The Company not carrying any business activities last several Years. The Company income is only Profit on sale of investment. Till March-2017 We filed IT Return & ROC Return on Time.
Only one Bank Account & No employee in Company. Now we decided to closed the Company before March-2018.
What is the procedure to close the Company.
Please advise in above matter as earliest.

A company has a manufacturimg unit different state. The company gets jobwork from the customers in the state of HO and send the goods to branch in different state for production. After manufacture the goods are sent by branch to customer directly. Is this scenario possible and what are to be complied for this... Pls advice

Sir, While filling the form 108 in place of "No.of weeks spent time on the work" should we include Sundays,festival days also and divide it with 7days or No.of days spent excluding holidays and divide it with 6days.Please do answer sir
