1)What is the interest rate in Current A/c?

I want to know whether transit insurance is to be included in calculating Central sales Tax?
For Example:

Basic Price 100
Excise duty(14.42%) 14.42
Total 114.42

Cst will be calculated at the rate of 2% on 114.42.Whether transit insurance is to be included along with excise for sales tax levy.

Plz. answer the followings:-
1)Is there any limit on deposit in a S.B. A/C ?
2)Is there any limit on deposit in a CURRENT A/C ?
