I want to know whether transit insurance is to be included in calculating Central sales Tax?
For Example:
Basic Price 100
Excise duty(14.42%) 14.42
Total 114.42
Cst will be calculated at the rate of 2% on 114.42.Whether transit insurance is to be included along with excise for sales tax levy.
For Example:

If goods are sold on ex-works - No
But if goods are sold on FOR basis - Yes
But if goods are sold on FOR basis - Yes
