20 November 2008 suppose there is any amendment in law or income tax, that will be applied to May 09 students ???

and applied then amended section list will be supplied to us????

20 November 2008 All the amendments made upto October 31 2008 will be applicable to the May 09 exams and all the amendments will be intimated to the students by way of Revision test papers.
