The Question is " CA's cannot certify financial forecats.Is this statement true?" and the answer for the same was "Yes,clause 3 of Part I of Second schedule"

Now my doubt is If that is the case Whether a CA can certify Projected Financials??

I have done some validation in Excel Sheet, i.e. i have used IF Formula but the number of entries is restricted to number 8 (eight) only. If i am putting any formula using 'IF' after 8th item the error is errupting that Formula is wrong.

So, my Q? is that is it possible to increase the number of entries using IF Formula?

The Solver command is an additional feature of Excel. This can be install in excel i.e. goto Tools then select Solver and then install.
