respected sir,
i want to know about the provision of icai regards the transfer of articleship . is there any latest annousement in this regard .
pls solve this problem to very large exent.

In case of Transfer, you need to get signed, copy of Form 109, retain one copy with you and submit original one with ICAI.
After Form 109, you again need to get registered with ICAI w.e.f the same date on which you took transfer. For re-registration, Forms 102 & 103 are to be signed by your new employer and submitted to the ICAI.
Keep in mind, as per the new accouncement by ICAI on 27.03.2009, it is almost impossible to get transfer within the same state until and unless you have very genuine reason to take transfer from the previous employer.
