Delhi High court announced order regarding ICFAI dont give CFA degree (sources: http://www.cfainstitute.org/aboutus/press/release/06releases/20060817_01.html).
Now if I want to enroll in international CFA institute, not in ICFAI for CFA course can I get permission from ICAI as CFA is a Self study course?

Can anyone tell me how to apply for import -export code.What is the procedure for the same.its urgent.

My friend has cleared his fianl exams in June'09.As he is employed outside India, he can't undergo compulsory GMCS course, which is compulsory for obtaining the pass certificate. Pl advise how to obtain the certificate? is there is any alternative available?
