Hi friends,
My friend has cleared his fianl exams in June'09.As he is employed outside India, he can't undergo compulsory GMCS course, which is compulsory for obtaining the pass certificate. Pl advise how to obtain the certificate? is there is any alternative available?

there is no compulsion that the employer should sign to attend GMCS. Therefore, he can attend GMCS even if his employer is out of India.
Passing certificate will be provided even if GMCS is not done but memebership will not be provided if gmcs is not done.
