Are there any particular guidelines to be followed for making design of letterhead of CA firm ?

We got an order from a contractor (who is the Principal contractor) for an SEZ unit. The Taxes are Nil against FORM-I. As per our understanding FORM-I can be issued only by Developer, Co-Developer and SEZ unit. The principal contractor is confirming us that all the documents should be jointly in the name of his Co and the Developer of SEZ unit and finally the Developer will issue the FORM-I.

Will the FORM-I issued by a developer on behalf of the main contractor is valid?

Pls tell me the present rate of PF and ESI rate and also i want to know about Gratuity rate

Can a trustee of a trust be an employee of the same trust?

If yes, the salary paid to such trustee(Employee) be shown in the report as remneration paid to trustee?

Hi everyone.
We entered journal vouchers in tally & took their print outs.But now when we go to Journal register in tally, it is showing different voucher numbers as are in printouts.

What could be the possible reason?

Please help,otherwise we will have to take 3000 printouts again.

pls help to solve the following queries in tally
1. how to enter the sales with trade discount?
2.under which head to post opening and closing stock while creating ledgers. if i post it in stock in hand then in p&l and balance it shows net amount
