WHERE AS THE DEPOSIT SO DEDUCTED CAN BE FORFEITED BY THE DEPARTMENT AGAINST UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACTOR. PLEASE GUIDE, AS A BANKER SHOULD S.D. BE CLASSIFIED AS CURRENT ASSET.
