31 January 2010 Can a trustee of a trust be an employee of the same trust?

If yes, the salary paid to such trustee(Employee) be shown in the report as remneration paid to trustee?

01 February 2010 Trustee cannot be an employee since that will be quite inconsistent with the position of the trustee. But he can take reasonable remuneration for the services rendered. The idea is that the trustee should not use the property of the trust to take an undue advantage.
