One of our client is asked to submit softex forms quarterly as per RBI guidelines. Our query is that when the unit needs to submit quarterly softex? if yes, can you please provide the provisions of RBI guidelines underlying the same?

I resigned from a company in sep 2009 and company has not deposited provident fund from last one year and now in this month company has deposited the whole provident fund. Now my query is that if i deposit my provident fund withdrawl form now can the pf department credit whole amount and how much time pf department has taken for updation of PF Annual Return and Monthly Return.
