1.i have been paid professional tax as per old slab can i get refund of that amount if salary is less then 5000.
2. if salary is more then 5000 then can i adjust differce now.
3.in case of sen. citizen wrongly i have been paid p.t. can i claim for refund of that amount.(in mumbai)

Depends on the State in which the profession tax you are referring is applicable (Profession tax is state levy)

yes.. you can claim., aproach to PT office, you will get whole information there.
