I resigned from a company in sep 2009 and company has not deposited provident fund from last one year and now in this month company has deposited the whole provident fund. Now my query is that if i deposit my provident fund withdrawl form now can the pf department credit whole amount and how much time pf department has taken for updation of PF Annual Return and Monthly Return.

You can deposit EPF withdrawl form after one month left of job along with 3A form. you will get you PF amount after three month deposit of form .
