i have a client who is accountant. he produce before me a trial balance certified by the proprietor. then he ask me to certify profit and loss account and balance sheet. then i match the data of trial balance with financial statements. and write a comment "i have just compere trail balance data with financial statements only, so all the responsibility of trial balance data is of proprietor only." and certify the financial statements so how much responsibility of mine as per my comment, as i have just compare the data and written in the comment accordingly?

I have got myself registered in CS last year in the month of sept. At that time i was not a qualified CWA therefore not applied for exemption at the time of registration. But, now i am qualified and want to take exemption in June 2010 exam. Is this possible now or i missed the opportunity? There is exemption in paper 2 and paper 3 of module I. I am planning to appear for module I. Do i have to give only 1 paper and score 50 or more than that to pass???? Please clear my doubt.

Property A is commercial property and has 10 shops. 5 on first floor and 5 on ground floor.

If the seller sell one shop at circle rate cost of shop (A) plus the construction expense y i.e. a+y , can he sell the next property for the amount less than the circle rate ?

By this he is saving the amount in stamp papers. And is there any law that says that other person can buy the same piece for 25% extra amount or so ?
