In My company, We declared the Increment in Jan-10. (w.e.f. 1st July-09)

Now suppose the gross salary of an Employee was Rs. 8,000.00 and he got a increment of Rs. 4,000-00. New Gross Salary is Rs. 12,000-00

Now my question is , whether we will deduct the ESI in the arrear salary sheet or not.

2ndly, will we have to deduct ESI on Jan-10 to Feb-10 salary. If Yes then, on what amount.

my father has working in delhi since 8 month and his think that they will take transfer from delhi to mumbai from sept 09 but his organisation extend transfer for 2 to 3 year. i thik that my father will be come to mumbai and i and my father will be leaved together but its not possible for me and my father. after this my father has no sufficient income that he bear exess financial burden for three places so i want to take my transfer from mumbai to either delhi or jaipur. what should can i do for transfer from mumbai to jaipur where is living my family

Want to know why the reimbursement of conveyance and other things are being credited to the current account. Is there any tax applicablity or any clause or any notification is there. If so please provide the same.

I heard that if the Deed is made on stamp paper of Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 it requires to be registered with the registrar but if it is made on a stamp paper of Rs.500 it does not require to be registered.

I complted my articles in December 2009. i received stipend up to december 2009 in my audit firm, even after completion of articles also i am continuing the same audit firm and receiving the salary from january onwords. how many months salary ans stipend can i considered in return? can consider stipend also in my return?

I am doing my articleship after completing CA inter, but now I got the proposal from my some of associates to be a director in their company.

I am little bit confused whether I can be a director of any company during my articleship or in case I do whether it leads to disqualification of my articleship.
