11 March 2010 I heard that if the Deed is made on stamp paper of Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 it requires to be registered with the registrar but if it is made on a stamp paper of Rs.500 it does not require to be registered.

Is it true..?

11 March 2010 Partnership deed is to be made on stamp paper of rs.200/- in delhi, registration is not mandatory and if you made deed on stamp paper of rs.500/- it does not mean that registration is not required.

11 March 2010 I fully agree with Mr. Mishra. If it would have been possible then who will go for registration, everybody would go for Rs. 500/- stam paper. Don't know why people give such a silly opinion. Pls don't care for these opinions.
