What is the stamp duty required for an LLP agreement in Karnataka? As the agreement is not required to be registered like regular partnership firm, I presume, Rs.1000/- stamp paper is not required.

I belive that the stamp duty would be as per the state stamp act. Since LLP is a partnership (which has a seperate legal status), the Stamp duty would be such as would be applicable to a Partnership agreement only.
In Karnataka: Article 40 to the Schedule provides for the same.
