I want to transfer each character in separate cell. E.g. The word “WORK” in A1 cell should to converted/pasted/transferred as “W” in B1, “O” in C1, “R” in D1 and so on.

Select the data to be converted.
Select > Data > Text to Columns > Fixed Width and proceed as may be required.

=LEFT(A1,1)in B column

Using the left command will not give each word seperate. It will give W in the B. WO in C, WOR in D and so on.
