Can a temporary break in articleship is possible say 6 months????
I m eligible for ca final examination but my principal is not giving me the prepatory leave so i m planning to put a break in my articleship so that i can prepare for my exams and later on i will complete my articlehip.
Is there any provision in ICAI for the above matter...and what is maximum period of temporary break in articleship...???
I had completed 3 years articleship and left with only 6 months aricleship....

I want to know that which one is tough in terms of syllabus. One of me friend says that ICWAI is damn tougher than CA! Is it true?

I'm asking this because I'm interested in both the courses but intend to pursue any one.

I need to submit the report to RBI for receving equity money from abroad. The RBi In report need a fair value calculation of share of the company. Can anybody send me a format of calculation of fair value of share. My company is private limited company and shares are privately owned. Not listed in any stock exchange. Please advice

I have my HUF PAN Card in which date of incorporation is "ANCESTRAL" my broker says i need the DOI....karvy people gave me the date as 01-01-0001 but it still not accepting....
wat is ancestral?? how do i get the DOI on the PAN..can i file PAN correction form??? will my demat be not opened

I was in practice from May 2008 to 14th June 2010. Due to omission, I surrendered my certificate of practice instead of applying for part time certificate of practice becoz I joined employment. Now I want to get my certificate of practice restored for its cancelation i.e. 14.06.2010.

Can I get part time certificate of practice since its cancellation?
