Fair Value calculation by DCF Method

Hello
I need to submit the report to RBI for receving equity money from abroad. The RBi In report need a fair value calculation of share of the company. Can anybody send me a format of calculation of fair value of share. My company is private limited company and shares are privately owned. Not listed in any stock exchange. Please advice

This is still an anomoly that how to calculate value by using DCF?
In recent circular issued by RBI, it is mentioned that if the shares are not listed it has to valued by using DCF method, but unfortunetly RBI has not given any explanation that how to calculate the same?
Recnetly we ( a group of CAs) represented the same to the offical of the RBI the said matters, and there reply was
YOU CAN CONTACT MARCHANT BANKER CATEGORY-II FOR SADI VALUATION.!!!!!!!!!!!
