Restoration of certificate of Practice.

I was in practice from May 2008 to 14th June 2010. Due to omission, I surrendered my certificate of practice instead of applying for part time certificate of practice becoz I joined employment. Now I want to get my certificate of practice restored for its cancelation i.e. 14.06.2010.
Can I get part time certificate of practice since its cancellation?

No, You can not received part time certificate of practice during employment period. For details, please concert nearest ICAI Chapter.
The concept of holding part time COP was was completely removed w.e.f.01.04.2004 onwards, But those members who are holding part time COP may continue to holdeven after the effecctive date.

Since you were holding full time COP & presently surrendered your COP, you may not be eligible for Bank emplament either in your indididual capacity or a partner in any Firm.
