I want to complete the GMCS course conducted by the CA Institute. Fow how many days is the course being conducted and what is the fees for it.

Also wanted to know, whether I would get the membership no only after completion of the course.

I wanted to Know whether ESIC is deducted on Net Salary or Gross Salary. for e.g. If My Gross Salary is Rs.11,000/- but due to absentism in a particular month i am received around Rs.8000 before deducting ESIC. So ESIC is applicable on Rs.11000/- ( Gross Salary) or Rs.8000/- (Net Salary)

I am doing articleship at Aurangabad (Maha) from 23.07.2008 & it be come to end on 22.01.2012. I am Living in Aurangabad in hostel. Now I want to go to Pune for Classes.(Pune is not my Native Place)
Can I get transfer of articleship at Pune?

If no, what is another solution to me.

1. Format of Creation of HUF DEED & required
amount stamp paper for the same.

2. New PAN CARD OF HUF.

3. New Bank Account of HUF.

I got income tax intimation letter on 25.11.2010...letter dtd 08.11.2010 on recd dtd: 25.10.2010..but the thing is hearing dtd: also 25.11.2010...i have to give to department letter how can i write ltr to department?
