I have passed my PCC 1st group in May 2010 and 2nd group i have given the exams in Nov 2010. my articleship period left is not more than 1 year and not less than 9 months, am i entitled for industrial training?

The basic condition for industrial training is that you have have cleared PCC or its equivalent. So in my view you are not eligible.
