I am planning to open a trading and demat account with Sharekhan. Is it is a good service provider??
Also i have heard that sharekhan fail to operate when the market moves up and down drasticaaly say 200 point or so, is this is correct??

In nashik there are two areas in which industries are situated namely SATPUR and AMBAD, but many plots in MIDC area are vacant from many years. owners of plots not carrying any business. therefore new enterprenuers who really want place for business not get place in MIDC area. please tell me what action can we take against owners of vacant plots.is there any rules for use of commercial plots in midc area?

1) Family certificate of HUF (which should mention Members name, major, minor, karta etc)
2) Income tax return

Would you please suggest me more, who will make family certificate, what it should contain and what are necessary documents are required in support of that.

In our office, for a corporate client we have applied for a DIN and digital signature for the director of that company and also obtained an usb token for the director and with aid of that token we have filed the company's income tax return electronically until last year with the digital signature. Now we have misplaced that entire set of Digital signature box in our office and now we are running short of time to file the return. Pls explain what has to be done now? The USB token was renewed last year and hence it is valid presently.We know only the assessee name and his PAN and company's PAN. We doesnt know the usb token number its password as it was written briefly in that box. Kindly suggest,
1) Whether to apply a new Digital signature USB token??
2) Is it possible to file digitally even now without the digital signature USB token?

Is TDS applicable in the below cases?
1. Company owns motor car that is given for service at maruti service centre. There is NO written contract with the service centre.
Appointment is taken over the phone & car is sent for service. Is TDS applicable.

2. For deducting TDS should the company have a written agreement with the service provider?
