Sir,
i am from Nashik (Maharashtra). In nashik there are two areas in which industries are situated namely SATPUR and AMBAD, but many plots in MIDC area are vacant from many years. owners of plots not carrying any business. therefore new enterprenuers who really want place for business not get place in MIDC area. please tell me what action can we take against owners of vacant plots.is there any rules for use of commercial plots in midc area?

As per MIDC procedure and rules at least 10% construction work is to be completed within 1 year.
As far as action is concerned you can write the said fact to MIDC office and to Ministry.
