3) Karnataka Vat (Is Profession Tax applicable in Karnataka)
4) Providend Fund
5) ESIC (is it applicable in Karnataka)
6) IEC Registration with DGFT
7) Shop & Estabilishment (Is it applicable in Karnataka ?)

MCA Reg is already complete.

(Apart from the above what other formalities are required to be completed)
