SEZ Manglore- Statutory requirements

I am setting up a Co in Manglore SEZ (initially in trading) and later on in manufacture and export of chemicals.

Please let me know what statutory registrations will be required-

As far as my knowledge goes, I am listing a few
1) Income Tax- PAN/TIN/ Transfer pricing
2) Excise Registration
3) Karnataka Vat (Is Profession Tax applicable in Karnataka)
4) Providend Fund
5) ESIC (is it applicable in Karnataka)
6) IEC Registration with DGFT
7) Shop & Estabilishment (Is it applicable in Karnataka ?)

MCA Reg is already complete.

(Apart from the above what other formalities are required to be completed)

29 June 2011 1. If it is new company you have to take new PAN , if not can continue with all old registrations.

2. Excise registration not required for new company , for old company continue with same.

3. Applicable , can be refunded latter

4. Applicable

5. ESIC - Applicable

6. IEC for new company will be issued by concerned DC. For old company Same IEC , but add SEZ as branch at DGFT

7. Not applicable.

30 June 2011 Inform whether you are carrying old comapany or forming new one for SEZ. Also inform at what stage your project is ?

The company is a newly formed company.MCA formalities have been complied. The office is set up and the operation will start Sept-11 onwards.
