I Want Purchase the machinery item from Bangalore with out road permit it possible for company use company not register in Utter pradesh

You can collect Form 38 from the Sales Tax office of your dist. in UP on a payment of initial amount, to brought the machine in UP for co. use. Registration is not necessary for this.(Many News Channels Co.in Noida adopt the same procedure)
