During the Py 2010-2011, I had profesional fees income for Oct-Dec'10. For rest of the rest year i.e from Apr-Sept and Jan-Mar'11 I had salary income. Should I file ITR 4? As on 31st March'2011 I was a Salaried employee. How do I give details relating to Nature of business, details of P & L and Bal. sheet etc? Please advice and guide.

One techinician from China is comming to our company. From his company we have purchased a machine. Original machine spares got damaged within warranty period.Hence he is bringing with him that spares of the machine with a invoice of nominal value and mentioned as "No Commercial Value"

How to clear these spares?

Dear All,

Can you please give your suggestion in following above case:-

One of my client has received a machinery of value euro 5 lac in the year of 2010-11 and currently it is willing to issue share capital in lieu of consideration and got an approval from FIPB regarding the liability.

My query is, whether we need to re-instate this outstanding liability which is standing in the head of share application money or not as per obligation of AS 11 issued by "ICAI".
