Hi,
I have a question on Professional Tax (PT).
From Apr ‘2008 to Mar ‘2011 (3 years ) annual returns is not filed, what the process to file the same and any penalty involved in this.
Have filled monthly returns on regular basis without a single mishaps..
Kindly suggest the way out…

submit the return manually instant, and let the department make assessment of the late fees, once you get assessment order, pay the same.
