17 July 2011 One techinician from China is comming to our company. From his company we have purchased a machine. Original machine spares got damaged within warranty period.Hence he is bringing with him that spares of the machine with a invoice of nominal value and mentioned as "No Commercial Value"

How to clear these spares?
What care needs to be taken?
