1) What standard practice to be followed while accepting a work from a new client from the point of view of CA code of conduct and general business practices?

2)What are the CA Firm Advertisement guidelines issued by ICAI?

I have three queries.

1.We(Mumbai) got and order from Delhi asking us to deliver material in Gujarat. Buyer and consignee don't have any relation with each other.
We invoiced accordingly
i.e.
Buyer :Delhi
Consignee: Gujarat
TAX @2% against C Form

Who will issue C Form? Delhi or Gujarat

2.We(Mumbai) got and order from local trader (Mumbai) asking us to deliver material in Gujarat.
Shall we charge CST @2% or 5% VAT?
If charged CST, who will issue C Form? Local Trader (Mumbai) or Gujarat?

3.WE(Mumbai) received an order from Gujarat asking us to deliver material in Maharashtra.

Shall we charge CST @2% or 5% VAT?
If charged CST, who will issue C Form? Local Trader (Mumbai) or Gujarat?

Eg: Suppose I have a small office say in chandigarh where a peron is stationed. his salary is disbursed from bangalore.
In this case can you let me know if Profession tax registration needs to be obtained for that state i.e Chandigarh.

I completed 5 months of articleship in nagpur.My principle give me sign on transfer form but he writes on the transfer(in the remark column) form that the transfer request will be entertained only if I will join ca firm in another city chandrapur.
sir please tell me did I have to join ca firm in chandrapur or I can join ca firm in Nagpur.

Hi,
I am having existing term loan (against co-lateral )and cash credit in a co-operative bank.

For my emergency business need i took other business loan from HDFC .
The HDFC person were/ is aware of our existing loan of co-operative bank

All the EMI of both the bank ( co-operative , as well as HDFC till date are in routine.

But now the co-operative bank says as per rules we cannot take loan from HDFC.

Kindly suggest .
