Dear Experts,
Eg: Suppose I have a small office say in chandigarh where a peron is stationed. his salary is disbursed from bangalore.
In this case can you let me know if Profession tax registration needs to be obtained for that state i.e Chandigarh.

Get PT registration from Chandigarh. PT is to be worked out on the basis of the local state act applicable for Chandigarh.
