Can a Chartered Accountant use a Flat in Co-operative Housing Society for the purpose of his office? He is not Staying for a single day in this flat. He resides in other society.
If he is not allowed to work, then what remedies with the society?

I have a Company Incorporated in 2005. But after that there is no working in that company till now. Even the Bank account is not opened yet. Now the directors want to start working in that company. Now i have a task to complete companys all legal formalities and make this company in working conditions.. I dont know where to start it.
