Our company is selling the Milk and Milk products and operating in Tamil Nadu. We have purchased machinery (Bulk milk cooler machine) from one manufacturing company, Gujarat and they have charged CST against C Form. We need to issue the C Form to them.

My doubt is as follows:

1. Before issuing the C form, I have to file the CST return or no need to file the CST return.

while entering the purchase bills it's chance to enter the same bill again is any ideas to control that type of eror

As you know the Iran-India payment issues are going on and UCO bank is the only bank to settle the payments through L/C.

My queries are:
1)What will be the actual mechanism of payment?
2) What will be the currency for transaction?
3) What if we have the a/c in other bank say PNB then who is liable to pay us the money? UCO will settle or PNB ?
4)How many banks will be involved if we have a/c in other bank?
5) Can we get the payment upfront against L/C or I have to wait for 120 days or the specified period mentioned in L/C?

If a prospective customer(beneficiary),visits bank premises supposedly on 16.10.12 with a cheque in his possession dated 01.8.2012 and wish to open his account for encashment of cheque. Can a banker open the account with such a cheque ? What are the risks associated with it and what protection a banker will get under law if some fraud happens. ?
