want to know -

Is it against the code of ethics if a CA & his family has an investment in an organisation in which he is appointed as an auditor.

Is it against the code of ethics if a CA signs an un tallied balance sheet & never do audit in the same organisation as he does not have any office and staff.

How to fill up 7 litre oil

you have 2 container 5 litre & 3 litre
now question is you have to fillup oil 7 ltr
from the oil well including both container
how will u fill up oil ?.

i want to ask that if date of commence of an adticle is 17 july 2011and he has taken transfer on 15 of oct 2011and then join another firm on 25 of oct then what will be the date of complition of articleship? is it 26 july 2013 ?

sir,, i want to ask that if articleship form103 has not been submitted withn 30 days then how late fee of rs 100 been deposited to institute ? whether it is paid by demand draft of rs 100 or in cash ?
