i want to ask that if date of commence of an adticle is 17 july 2011and he has taken transfer on 15 of oct 2011and then join another firm on 25 of oct then what will be the date of complition of articleship? is it 26 july 2013 ?
In you case, there is following details:
1. Date of first joining: 17.07.2011
2. Date of Transfer: 15.10.2011
Form required to be filed for Transfer is Form-109 and it will be signed by principal.
You can take transfer by filing again 102 and 103. you check what is date mentioned when you have filed at the time of re-registration and that date will be commencement of article ship.
