Dear Sir,
Can a Chartered Accountant use a Flat in Co-operative Housing Society for the purpose of his office? He is not Staying for a single day in this flat. He resides in other society.
If he is not allowed to work, then what remedies with the society?

Yes a CA can use his residence as an office. There is no restriction on the same.
