I have a Company Incorporated in 2005. But after that there is no working in that company till now. Even the Bank account is not opened yet. Now the directors want to start working in that company. Now i have a task to complete companys all legal formalities and make this company in working conditions.. I dont know where to start it.
Please help in out.

if in Any Year Annual Return is Filled, then You Can Check it from

Also This Will not be Enuf, You Just Take Login into MCA and Check with all returns.
