15 days ago i buys a property in auraiya district in up at 4,20,0000 rs. 71,0000 for registration amt and remaining amt is taken by the party.but after 10 days of registration. I found that the plot has been sell to another person 6 month ago. i tell the person from whom i buys the plot they says to me that i retain the amount but by legally and time is consumed in these process is 2-3 month and i gets less that the 40-50,0000 rs but i want the whole amount retain back within 1-2 month. so, plz tell me the right ways of retain my whole amount because my father invest his all his future savings

One of our family members is a US citizen residing in India & having a OCI card (Overseas citizen of India). I want to apply for DIN for directorship of that person in our family’s pvt ltd co.

Can I use the address in the OCI card, which is an Indian address as the address proof in the DIN application ? ie.It is an Indian address of the place where our family stays for the last 21 years.

I joined the course in the year 1995 and completed my article ship period and get the eligibility certificate for the CA inter also but due to some unavoidable reason i not continue the course further, Now can i restart the same with the same registration number or once again i have to go for the CPT as i complete the B.COm in the year 1995 so please guide me what i should do now to continue

For Attendance, In Excel sheet we are putting the name of employees and filling the cells with their present by "P" and "A" for absence. Now we would like to count how much "P" are there in the raw towards employee name, Please advice which formula we have to use here.
