a company purchased a mobile in last year it is shown in asset side of balance sheet but this year it has purchased a mobile charger worth rs 400.it will be added in the mobile value or it is shown as expense in p&l a/c.pls reply

I am a Chartered Accountant under an employment.i.e I do not hold a COP .Can I attest documents as per the Ca regulation.If yes,then what are the documents which i can attest?Can I hold a stampt of "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY" for this purpose

why every business organization maintains three copy of each sale bills...
1 for party, 2nd for himself and whats the purpose of 3rd copy of bill....

We changed the Registered office before applying the IEC, but the address was not yet on the Certificate of incorporation. IEC was rejected saying

It is noticed that the Regd office address mentioned address shown in the certificate of incorporation differs from address mentioned in the application and supporting documents. As per Para 2.9 of handbook of procedures 2009-2012. Application for Grant of IEC shall be made by Regd office address. You are advised to revise the application & BC or Self certified copy of documentary evidence showing the change of address may be furnished.

What documentary evidence can I provide them to proceed further for approval of IEC?

I am to purchase a second hand plant from a manufacturer who already has taken term loan on that particular machine. He is also having cash credit facility from his banker.
Please suggest me what precautions I should take while purchasing this machinery.
