25 October 2012 I am a Chartered Accountant under an employment.i.e I do not hold a COP .Can I attest documents as per the Ca regulation.If yes,then what are the documents which i can attest?Can I hold a stampt of "CERTIFIED TRUE COPY" for this purpose

25 October 2012 The MEMBER of ICAI can certify the "true copy". The condition is it should be acceptable to the organisation to which such copies are submitted. (Banks normally accept CA certified statements, ICAI accepts CA certified statements)
