Maximum attempts limit for pcc to ipcc converted students

SIR,
I HAVE CONVERTED FROM PCC TO IPCC. I CAME TO KNOW THAT MAXIMUM ATTEMPTS LIMIT FOR IPCC REGISTRATION IS 4 YEARS WHICH MEANS 8 ATTEMPTS. DOES IT APPLY TO PCC TO IPCC CONVERSION STUDENTS? IS THERE IS ANY OTHER RULE LIKE THIS APPLICABLE TO CONVERTED STUDENTS. PLEASE KINDLY LET ME KNOW......

Hello , I want to know what is form no.120 ( termination by self while doing articleship ) and is there any condition apply to fill this form .B'coz Iam in 1st year of articleship and my boss is not giving me transfer and he also not allowing me to come in office since last 1 month so, I decided to fill this form but I am confused ..
