28 June 2013 Hello , I want to know what is form no.120 ( termination by self while doing articleship ) and is there any condition apply to fill this form .B'coz Iam in 1st year of articleship and my boss is not giving me transfer and he also not allowing me to come in office since last 1 month so, I decided to fill this form but I am confused ..

28 June 2013 No form 120 is for intimation to principal and icai about reason for termination..

you cannot fill this

if you want you can confirm with icai...

only 109 is applicable if you want to join with other employer

you need to convince your employer and no other option left

so dont send form 120...if you have doubt ask icai...k,
