can anyone please tell me that who can attend the ca day celebration going to be held at the vigyan bhawan?

but ganesh bhaiya i have asked one of my ca teacher he told me that at the entry gate u have to show the entry card which a ca have hence a student cannot attend it.
I M VERY DESPERATTE TO ATTEND IT AS PMEAC CHAIRMAN AND MINISTER OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS WILL BE COMING THERE BUT I M VERY CONFUSED THAT WHETHER I CAN ATTEND IT OR NOT
